Is there parking available?
Yes, free parking is available one a first-come, first-served basis.
Are pets allowed?
We, at Elize Place, are huge pet lovers, but as much as we adore your furry babies, it is unfortunate that some tenants are allergic to fur and get bothered by some smells that are emitted by dogs, cats, and other pets.
Are visitors welcome?
Yes, female visitors are allowed, as long as they do not “overstay” and as long as prior advise is given to the building administrator.
Is cooking allowed?
Cooking is not allowed, but we have a restaurant right at the building (ground floor), which offers affordable meals.
Are we allowed to do the laundry?
Yes, we have an automatic laundry machine that allows you to do spinning-rinsing-drying all in the press of one button. One full load (8 to 10 kg) is only charged PhP80.
Is it a safe location?
We do our very best to ensure our tenants’ safety. Two guards are on duty per shift. One secures the building’s perimeter, and the other is assigned to monitor the CCTV. Likewise, we have our maintenance personnel
